+1 Guest Guidelines
You have the exclusive privilege of bringing a distinguished guest to our event.
Guest places are available on a first-come, first-served basis to senior leaders from retail and consumer brands.
Consultants, vendors, and enterprise partners are not eligible to attend as +1 guests. They are accommodated separately within our dedicated vendor and enterprise community and may participate through approved partnership or sponsorship pathways.
To register your guest, please share their name and LinkedIn profile with Sarah Smyth. Sarah will review their credentials and, upon approval, extend a formal invitation.
Guest registration is confirmed only after credential verification and while space remains available.

"Rarely Heard Answers" is an intimate interview series featuring two remarkable women from diverse backgrounds engaging in candid, thought-provoking conversations. Each episode invites them to exchange five meaningful questions—chosen at random—sparking reflection, laughter, and connection.
Target Audience:
This series is created for women of all ages and backgrounds, offering a space to learn from one another’s lived experiences. Through open, relatable dialogue, Rarely Heard Answers fosters understanding, inspiration, and a sense of shared journey.
Format:
- Each episode features two female guests, drawn from the Rarely Heard Women community.
- They take turns asking and answering five carefully curated questions designed to inspire self-reflection, humor, and vulnerability.
- Topics span key aspects of women’s lives, including:
- Career and ambition
- Relationships and friendships
- Self-discovery and personal growth
- Motherhood (optional, based on guests' experiences)
- Societal expectations and breaking barriers
- Overcoming challenges and resilience
- Aspirations and dreams
Filmed in a warm and intimate setting, the format creates an atmosphere of authenticity and trust. Each 20-minute episode delivers powerful insights in a concise yet deeply impactful way.
