Guest Entry Instruction

Venue Address:
Amazon Office, 12 W 39th St, New York, NY 10018.
Use the 39th Street entrance for easiest access.

Arrival & Check-In Process:

1. Bring a government-issued photo ID.
   This is mandatory for building entry.
2. Check in at the front desk.
   1. All guests must register to receive a visitor badge.
   2. Inform the desk that you are attending the AI in Reta.il Conference on the 13th floor.
3. Escort to the event floor:
   After receiving your badge, you will be escorted upstairs by an Amazon employee or Amazon Security.

Lobby Assistance:

1. Members of our team will be stationed in the lobby to direct guests.
2. AWS staff will also be present to guide attendees and ensure a smooth check-in experience.

Additional Notes:

1. Please allow a few extra minutes for lobby registration and escorting.
